How to reduce hair fall ?

First you need to know that what is the reason for the hair fall. Then only you can find the solution for that.

So to reduce these, what can you do? Not only the outer care/treatement, diet also matters in reducing hair fall.

1. Coconut milk

Scrap the coconuts with a blender and get the extract. Take out the milk from the extract and massage your scalp gently for ten to fifteen minutes and wash your hair with warm water. Coconut milk nourishes your hair and scalp and it is one of the great home remedies for hair fall.

2. Aloe Vera Gel

One of the best home remedies is aloe vera in reducing hair fall. Take the extract from the aloe vera leaves and mix that with few drops of oil. Gently massage your scalp and hair with that mixture for 15 to 20 minutes and wash with warm water. You can see the best result. Do it for at least once in a week.

3. Massage

Oil massage is a very helpful remedy which encourages the blood circulation under your scalp and stimulate the faster hair growth and controls the hair fall in a stable number. Massage for half an hour and wash your hair with warm water.

4. Egg white

To make your week hair stronger and look shiny & beautiful egg white is the good treatment. For this treatment you need two egg whites and a table spoon of yogurt(optional). Make your scalp and hair wet with warm water and apply the mixture over your hair. Massage your hair for at least fifteen minutes and wash with warm water. Do this at least in a week.
